General Delivery Overview
At Modern Garden, we partner with various hauliers to offer the best delivery service based on the size and weight of our products.
Porcelain and Natural Stone Paving
– Haulier: Palletways
– Free Delivery: On full pallet purchases.
– Partial ‘split’ Pallet Fee: £70 split pallet delivery fee at checkout.
– Delivery Timing: Orders confirmed by 10 AM will be delivered the next day (Monday to Friday). You can also request a preferred delivery date during the week.
Composite Decking and Cladding Deliveries
Products Included: Composite decking, composite external cladding, composite fencing, composite fascia boards, and accessories (e.g., bullnose boards, trims).
– Haulier: Palletways
– Delivery Method: Items delivered across 3-4 pallets.
– Offloading Assistance: The haulier will help with offloading, but we recommend having someone present to assist and direct the placement of the boards.

– Zones 1-13, 28-29, 81
Special Zones/Postcodes:
– Zones 17-26, Irish Zones 14-16
Delivery Charges for Composite Products
Delivery charges vary based on the basket total (excluding VAT) for standard and special zones:

Standard Zone Charges:

Special/Irish Zone Charges:
– Same sliding scale as above, plus an additional flat fee of *£230 (ex VAT)*.

Delivery Information for Décor Internal Cladding
Delivery Method: All décor internal cladding will be delivered via DX on a next-day service.
Order Confirmation: To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be confirmed and paid for by 10 AM (Monday – Friday).
Delivery Charges:
– First Box: £40 (ex VAT)
– Additional Boxes: £20 (ex VAT) per box
– Special Zones: Extra £50 perbox.

Samples Delivery
– Dispatch: Within 48 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).
– Delivery Method: First-class Royal Mail.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached to qualify for a full refund. For any items that run past the 14 Day refund period you will then have 30 days (from purchase date) to exchange your item. Please see the return policy
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service to info@modern-garden.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.Refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
